1.Process Flow:
Currently, the application of polyacrylamide is becoming increasingly widespread. Developed countries have successively developed high molecular weight, high-performance polyacrylamide polymers, as well as their copolymers and derivatives. It is widely used in industries such as petroleum, paper, and metallurgy. As the most effective tertiary oil recovery agent at present, polyacrylamide is widely used in the global petroleum industry. As the petroleum industry in China has developed to this point, the oil fields in the eastern region have gradually entered the middle and later stages of oil recovery, which will require higher production and quality standards for polyacrylamide.
This process flow and equipment are suitable for the "sheet polymerization process," the "simultaneous hydrolysis process with alkali addition during polymerization," the "AM monomer homopolymerization followed by alkali hydrolysis process," and the latest "ultra-high molecular weight polyacrylamide product synthesis process using alkali addition bulk homopolymerization followed by hydrolysis," among other polymerization processes for gel-like post-treatment. The molecular weight of the treated gel-like substances ranges from 4 million to 18 million.
According to different polymer molecular weights, types, and processes, corresponding proprietary equipment has been designed to meet the characteristics of efficient processing and minimal molecular weight degradation during the post-treatment process of polyacrylamide gel-like materials.
