Single Rotor High-Speed Centrifugal Vortex Continuous Mixer: High Output, Minimal Operating Space
This mixer is available in three structural forms: cylindrical, horizontally split, and vertically split. It can be used for continuous mixing, granulating, and de-agglomerating, with material retention times ranging from 3 to 30 seconds. The maximum output can reach up to 5000 kg/hr.
This machine is particularly suitable for continuous mixing before PP and PE granulation. It has been successfully applied in the 10,000-ton/year PE granulation project of Sinopec Jiujiang Company.
