Working Principle: The SJG series double-shaft hollow paddle dryer is an indirect heating, low-speed stirring dryer that can operate continuously. It is an efficient and energy-saving drying equipment. Inside the device, there are two or four hollow rotating shafts, densely arranged with wedge-shaped hollow paddles. The heating medium flows through the hollow shafts and paddles. The special flow path inside the heating shaft is ingeniously designed, with the two shafts rotating in opposite directions, creating compression and relaxation between the shafts. With the help of wedge-shaped paddles, the material is constantly turned and stirred, continuously renewing the heated surface and significantly improving evaporation efficiency. Depending on the drying temperature, commonly used heating media include steam, heat-conducting oil, hot water, and cooling water, which can complete unit operations such as drying, cooling, heating, and reactions. |
