Overview：
The rotary drum dryer produced by our company is a direct heating, low-speed stirring type drying equipment. It uses hot air heated directly by a hot air furnace or hot air heated by an air heat exchanger as the heat medium. It can be used for drying powdery, granular, filter cake-like, paste-like, and slurry-like materials.
Drying Principle：
The wet material is fed at the feeding end and quickly pushed to the lifting plate by the spiral blade inside the drum. Due to the certain angle of the rotary drum dryer and the combined action of the lifting plate and hot air flow, the material is continuously lifted and scattered circumferentially and moves longitudinally towards the discharging end. It exchanges heat and mass with the hot air entering the drum simultaneously, thereby drying the material. The hot air and material can flow co-currently or counter-currently.
