一、Working Principle

Working Principle of ZLG Series Vibrating Fluidized Bed Dryer: This machine is composed of an air intake chamber, a perforated bed surface, and an upper cover. Wet materials enter the drying bed surface through the feeding port and, under the action of linear excitation force, are in a thrown or semi-thrown state, moving uniformly toward the discharge end along the length of the vibrating bed. Hot air enters the air intake chamber below the drying bed surface through the air inlet, passes through the perforated bed surface to contact the materials, thus achieving drying. The residual hot air and moisture are discharged from the exhaust port on the upper cover into the cyclone dust collector. The dried materials are continuously discharged from the discharge port.

This machine is suitable for drying loose powdery and granular materials with a wide particle size distribution, as well as materials that need cooling or humidification.

Applications include:

Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industry: Various tablet granules, boric acid, borax, phthalic acid, malic acid, maleic acid, etc.

Food and Building Materials Industry: Alcohol, MSG, sugar, salt, slag, beans, seeds, etc.

For drying anionic and cationic polyacrylamide, sodium polyacrylate gel-like materials, the machine has been specifically improved to effectively solve issues of bed sticking and uneven material distribution, achieving advanced domestic levels.
