I.Working Principle:

The DLG series single screw extrusion granulator operates as follows: This series of extrusion granulators consists of a hopper, barrel, screw feeding section, screw compaction section, rotating cutter, die, pressure plate, frame, bearing system, transmission system, and electrical control system. After the powdered material is mixed with a binder, it is fed into the granulator through the hopper. The material is compacted in the screw compaction section and extruded through the die to form granules. The granules are cylindrical or strip-shaped. This machine is widely applicable in industries such as pharmaceuticals, pesticides, fertilizers, feed, food, catalysts, and chemicals for powder granulation.

The product shapes include cylindrical, needle-shaped, spherical, cloverleaf-shaped, plum blossom-shaped, hollow ring-shaped, and other special shapes (the material form may vary with different models).
