SLG Series Twin-Screw Extrusion Granulator

I. Working Principle：  

The SLG series twin-screw extrusion granulator consists of a hopper, barrel, two meshing screws, rotating cutter, die plate, pressure plate, frame, bearing system, transmission system, and electrical control system. After the powder material is mixed with the binder, it enters the granulator through the feeding hopper. The material is compacted by the twin screws and then extruded through the die plate to form granules, which are cylindrical or rod-shaped. This machine is widely applicable in industries such as pharmaceuticals, pesticides, fertilizers, feed, food, catalysts, and chemicals for powder granulation.

The product shapes can include cylindrical, needle-like, spherical, cloverleaf, plum blossom, hollow ring, and other irregular shapes (the material form varies with different machine types).

It is widely suitable for products that require granulation in industries such as rubber additives, food additives, plastic additives, inorganic and organic materials, catalysts, pesticides, dyes, pigments, daily chemicals, and pharmaceuticals.
