1.Process Flow：
Powder or block materials undergo processes such as conveying and mixing, and then enter different dry or wet granulators. Under the special action of the granulators, they form cylindrical, spherical, clover-shaped, and other irregularly shaped particles. Depending on subsequent process requirements, drying, screening, or packaging processes can be selected.
2.Application Range:
Typical Materials: Water-soluble pesticides, water-dispersible pesticides, other chemical pesticides, etc.
Process Flow Characteristics:
☆ Utilizes equipment that meets GMP requirements, facilitating the production of different batches and varieties of pesticides;
☆ The same set of equipment can produce materials with varying particle strength and sizes;
☆ The entire process can be fully automated, enabling unattended operation.
3.Equipment Configuration:
a.Continuous Kneading Mixer: Utilizes a twin-shaft differential continuous kneading mixer to achieve the kneading and mixing of materials with different ratios.
b.Single (Twin) Screw Extruder Granulator: Uses DLG series single-screw extruder granulator or SLG series twin-screw extruder granulator for the granulation and molding of powder materials.
c.Granulator: Materials extruded and shaped into cylindrical granules by the (single) twin-screw granulator can be conveyed to the drying section as finished products. Alternatively, cylindrical granules can be crushed and reshaped into irregular spherical products using the ZXJ series granulator.
d.Screening Machine: Uses a rotary vibrating screen for classifying reshaped materials. Finished products are conveyed to the drying section, while powdered materials after screening can be regranulated in the granulator for reuse.
e.Fluidized Bed Dryer: Uses a vibrating fluidized bed dryer or a boiling fluidized bed dryer for material drying and cold brittleness.
f.Electrical Control Cabinet: Employs PLC control for fully automated operation throughout the process.
